There's rubbish in some areas.

I liked this hotel, it's reasonably clean and not bad! Room was quiet and with comfortable beds. Small garden and very clean pool area. A tidy beach, panoramic view.

The personnel was always proactive, very quick check-in, plus the service was helpful. Convenient and neat rooms with share bathrooms and utensils and cutlery. It had lovely beds.

Simply perfect location, freshly prepared breakfast, efficient service. It's vibrant with really nice beds and magic views. Very very kind, exceptionally professional staff, thank you very much for treating me so well. The easy check-in too. And just next door to St James's and all the shops.

The staff is competent, early check-in & late check-out. This hotel offers very convienient location close to the centre and train station. Also, it is within easy access to edinburgh old town...

Really GREAT experience and great value. I loved everything here, it was excellent. Room was nice styled and nice styled. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Howies Restaurant that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Well-run place with amazing service too.
